Arabian Tea House! A must-try!
Share
Arabian Tea House is hands down one of my go-to spots whenever someone visits me in Dubai and wants a truly authentic experience with amazing food!
My absolute favourite location is the one on Al Fahidi Street—the decor, the cozy seating, the whole vibe… it just feels special. No surprise that it’s packed with tourists, and honestly, for good reasons! You can choose amongst different seating areas, snap some beautiful photos, and take a nice walk around the area, which is full of touristic spots & shops.
No matter the time of day—breakfast, brunch, or lunch—this place always delivers. The service is great, the energy is lively, and I love how it’s always buzzing with people.
Now, let’s talk food because there are some things you have to try:
- The breakfast trays are a must. If you like beef liver, then you must try their version cooked with their special spices, tomatoes & diced potatoes. Yummy! Now with the trays, once you’re done with the savoury and get to the sweet part, then definitely try the fresh cream with honey or molasses with tahini—they both instantly take me back to my childhood.
- If you love falafel, theirs are crispy but not greasy (which is a win in my book).
- The moutabbal—a staple Arabic appetizer—might seem simple, but trust me, not everyone makes it this good.
- Of course, they have classics like fattoush and vegetable salad, but their beetroot feta salad is such a hidden gem.
- And if you’re craving a real UAE-inspired dish, then try the Machbous Deyay (Chicken).
Oh, and one last thing—their iced lime & mint is so refreshing, you won’t regret it!
If you’ve already been, or if you’re gonna check it out soon, let me know what I have missed at Arabian Tea House!
